and preparation to fill the organizational void of adventure enthusiasts
with the heart and passion to help improve the standards of living of
people in their communities. What began as a wild idea in the year
1994, the Club was finally organized in the Summer of 1997, and
formally launched on July 7, 1997 in the University of the Philippines Los
Banos campus as its base of operations.
The initial idea of the pioneer members were to consolidate the various
forms of outdoor adventure disciplines (air, land, and water based
adventures) into a single uncompromising and professional organization
and, at the same time, serve as a conduit for environmental and
humanitarian missions that lay deep in the hearts of the members.
The Club prides itself in the diversity of its culture, the selflessness of its
programs and missions, and the environment it creates that inspires
strong and effective leadership, excellence, camaradeire and undying
integrity among its members, no matter what fields they are in now... and
in the future.
